Motorway Police recovered a stolen car and reunited 03 lost children with their family

National Highways & Motorway Police has recovered a stolen car, which was stolen from the area of Lahore, in other incidents Motorway Police officers reunited 03 lost children with their family. As per details, Motorway Police received an information from a tracker company that a black corolla car No. LWA-0580, Model  2005 has been stolen from the area of Lahore and requested for help in recovering of the said car. On this information the Motorway Police alerted all its patrolling vehicles. After few minutes the NH&MP officers SPO Akhtar Nawaz and PO Abdul Qayum found said car which was parked on Motorway (M-1) near Burhan and no one was present there, the NH&MP officers took the car in to custody. Later on, the Motorway Police handed over the recovered car to Local Police Shaad Bagh Police Station, Lahore for further legal investigation in the presence of the owner of the car.

In 2nd incident,  during routine patrolling on GT road in the area of Nowshera Motorway Police officers PO Masood Tahir and PO Muhammad Riaz found a lost child aged 5 years who was walking on the road. The NH&MP Officers took the child into custody and he told his name Shaukat Mehmood s/o Abdul Jabbar and he forgot his home address. After hectic efforts NH&MP officers succeeded to trace his uncle. Later on after due verification he was handed over to his uncle named Tajj Khan.           

In 3rd incident, a road user inform Motorway Police through NH&MP Help Line (130) that a child age 05 years who was travelling in a Silver colour Hice Van No. LES-8044, which was going from Rawalpindi to Mandi Bahauddin and the child was left behind at bus stop, Jehulm. On this information Motorway Police officers PO Muhammad Munir and PO Rashid Mughal reach at the spot and took the child in to their custody and he told his name Tallah s/o Muhammad Saleem r/o Mandi Bahauddin. After hectic efforts NH&MP officers succeeded to trace his uncle. Later on after due verification he was handed over to his uncle named Faisal Zaid r/o Mandi Bahauddin.

In 4th incident, during routine patrolling on GT road in the area of Sari Alamgir Motorway Police officers PO Muhammad Azhar and PO Farhat Hussain saw a boy aged 21 years who was wandering on the road and he was mentally retarded. The NH&MP officers took the boy into their safe custody and after hectic efforts succeeded to search her parents. Later on after due verification of the people of area, he was handed over to her father Muhammad Ishaq r/o Jehulm.
