Inspector General, National Highways & Motorway Police has directed the officers of NH&MP that all necessary measures be taken for the safety and security of road users so that the commuters may feel sense of security while traveling on roads. Motorway Police officer’s behave with the commuters with great respect and courtesy. Rule of law be ensured in all respects and no discrimination is made because of any rank or respect. These words has delivered Inspector General, National Highways & Motorway Police Dr. Syed Kaleem Imam while addressing the Motorway Police officers on GT road at Gujranwala. The DIG N-5 (North) Abbas Ahsan, Regional Police Officer Dr. Sultan Azam Temuri, Sector Commander N-5 (North-III) Gujranwala Salman Ali Khan and other Senior officers were also present on this occasion. The IG, NH&MP said that it is an honor for me to command a well reputed organization of the country. IG, Dr. Syed Kaleem Imam while emphasize on soft policing said that it has got its identity with good behavior and professional attitude and we must have to sustain this standard. He said that always gives first priority to help and challaning should be the last priority. He also said that it is our responsibility to provide accident-free environment to the public on Highways and Motorways. He said that every road user must be given equal respect while dealings on Motorways and on Highways. He said our priority is respect and help of road users in essential.
On the approval of NH&MP medical policy, employees the National Highways & Motorway Police thanked to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Federal Minister for Communications Hafiz Abdul Karim, State Minister for Communications Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry, Federal Secretary for communications Muhammad Siddique Memon, Additional Secretary for communications Tashfeen Khan, Secretary Capital Administration & Development Division (CADD) Nargis Ghaloo, Additional Secretary CADD Dr. Jamal Yousaf, Deputy Director General CADD Dr. Minhaj Ul Siraj and IG, NH&P Dr. Syed Kaleem Imam on their special efforts for the approval of medical policy.
